Straight answers

What counts as a staff seat?: Active staff plus pending staff invitations. Guests and client contacts never count.
What happens if I cancel?: Writes stop immediately. You keep read and self‑service export access for 30 days. Nothing is purged automatically before then.
What if a payment fails?: Seven days of normal access with notices, then 30 days read and export only. Fix the card and everything reactivates.
Is there an export fee?: No. Export is a product feature, not leverage.
