YakFiles service terms summary

Self-service subscriptions are monthly. A payment card is required for the 14-day trial; applicable tax is added at checkout. Staff seats include active staff and pending staff invitations. Guests and client contacts do not consume staff seats.

Past-due accounts retain normal access for seven days, then become read/export-only for 30 days. Cancellation also starts a 30-day read/export window.

Standard support operates during UK business hours with P1 on-call escalation. Enterprise procurement, migration, capacity, and support terms require a separate agreement.

YakFiles does not claim HIPAA, CMMC, FedRAMP, or another regulated certification unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
